Welcome to Yvette Envelopes. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a replacement, subject to the conditions outlined below.
We accept returns and exchanges only if the product meets one of the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Upon Delivery – If the product arrives with visible damage, manufacturing defects, or any issues affecting its usability.
Incorrect Item Delivered – If you receive a different product from what was ordered.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
Unused and in its original packaging
Returned in the same condition as received
Reported within 7 days of delivery
If your item does not meet these conditions, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us – Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide Details – Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Approval & Next Steps – Once we review your request, we will inform you whether the return is approved and provide further instructions.
Exchange or Replacement – If approved, we will arrange for the return and send a replacement product.
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) system, if your return is approved, we will:
Replace the damaged or incorrect item with the correct one
Offer an exchange for another product of equal value (if applicable)
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-printed envelopes – Any personalized or custom-printed items are final sale and non-refundable.
Used or Altered Products – Items that have been used, written on, or modified after delivery.
Minor Cosmetic Differences – Slight variations in color, texture, or minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
